It was alleged that the defendant went to his ex-girlfriend’s home and found her there with her new boyfriend. A physical confrontation ensued and it was further alleged that the defendant attacked his ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend with a knife. The alleged victim was stabbed multiple times by the defendant.
The Defense
At trial, Mr. Molle argued that his client was the true victim. Through cross-examination, Mr. Molle was able to convince the jury that his client was the one attacked and that he stabbed his ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend in self-defense.
