At trial, Mr. Molle argued that the adult who claimed that he saw the defendant touching the child inappropriately made a mistake. Mr. Molle argued that what the witnesses really saw was the defendant helping the child tuck in her shirt. Mr. Molle’s belief in his client was appreciated by the jury and they exonerated the accused.
